Greenshell Mussels are an aquaculture product, grown sustainably in Ministry for Primary Industries approved growing areas in New Zealand.

Harvest Information and Traceability

Inventory systems are in place to ensure that there is traceability from the aquaculture farm through to packaged product.
Batch information is traceable to each package.
Harvest information including harvest date, production/pack date, growing area, batch number is included on all Outer Cartons.
