Westpac Mussels Distributors Ltd grew from humble beginnings in a West Auckland fish shop, established in 1979. The simple family values that underpinned our business nearly 30 years ago has seen our business grow sustainably.

To ensure the highest standards our philosophy has been to control every aspect of the supply chain. We are growers, processors, distributors and exporters of quality, premium grade New Zealand Greenshell /Green-lipped mussels.

We own and manage marine farms, a fleet of temperature controlled trucks and a state of the art processing and packaging plant where our trained staff sort and package our products. We believe this vertical integration is the best way to truly guarantee the quality of our product, which is exported to customers in Europe, Russia, Asia, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East and the United States. Rigorous quality control, attention to detail and reliability of supply mean that our customers can count on our products, wherever they are in the world.
